Jetzign is proud to showcase the "Maverick Project". It is perhaps one of the best examples of how a strong collaboration between exceptional companies, can yield amazing results...in this case a remarkable look into the near-term future of jet cabin design - and the amazing new technologies that will support it.
The Maverick Project represents the precise intersection of intuitive automation and unrivaled luxury; unlimited functionality and minimalist aesthetics; and ultimately the intersection of passengers and cutting edge technology. Our goal in bringing Maverick to life was to shatter preconceived notions of what’s possible in tomorrow’s VIP cabin – not only from a features standpoint, but also bold design that breaks away from the traditional fifty shades of beige.
In designing the Maverick cabin, there were a few questions we routinely asked ourselves every step of the way: does this feature add value? How can we create a seamless integration that is invisible when not in use? Is this the most advanced piece of technology, and what is even beyond that? The end result is an incredible walkthrough experience of a transcendent vision unlike anything ever imagined in aviation, with technology that surpasses smart homes, cars and luxury yachts, all concealed in carefully designed applications that are almost entirely unnoticeable until they are in use.
Innovations, Trends & the future:
The Maverick Project would not have been possible without partners that shared our vision and fearless desire to create something contemporary and unique. Rosen, together with KiPCreating (3D visualization) and SkyStyle (Design), worked carefully to combine design trends across a diverse range of luxury environments and combine them into one cohesive space that focuses entirely on the passenger experience. It is no secret that keeping up with rapid technological innovation is becoming increasingly difficult in the aviation industry, and Maverick is our message to the world that boldly proclaims, “we can do this, and we can do this now!”. How do we know? Virtually every piece of technology found in the Maverick cabin is supported by a functional Rosen proof-of-concept or R&D project, and is significantly mature enough to begin a development program today.
Supplier Groups supporting our projects:
Our list of partners includes worldwide technological leaders. Our philosophy is to pursue the very best, whether they have any aviation experience or not. Our customers demand the highest quality and Rosen has vast experience and a sophisticated skillset to deliver precisely that. For astonishing audio solutions, such as personalized audio bubbles, active noise-cancellation and truly holographic sound, we utilize innovations from our exclusive partnership with Devialet. Display panels are provided by JOLED, LG or others, depending on the application.
Project Partners:
We work closely with Human Machine Interface (HMI) specialists Skyships from England to leverage their world class expertise with intuitive User Experience/User Interface (UX/UI) solutions. We see the entire cabin as a system, and as such, connecting and partnering with seating, lighting, monuments and more. There are a few other partnerships that we are excited to announce in 2022 but cannot list at this time
Side ledge controllers and wireless device charging, virtual skylights and windows with flight information.
Maverick Galley looking towards back of cabin, hologram sink controller.
Virtual Window with augmented reality and flight information. Self-Deploying Table. Integrated seat controls
